The term Unihead was trademarked over 25 years ago as an indication of a "through-bore" wellhead system – only one load shoulder through the wellhead. Because of the straight-bore, drill-through design, Unihead wellheads are faster to install than conventional wellhead systems. Available in multiple or single head configurations, Unihead technology fits virtually any surface wellhead application. Unihead time-saving wellheads save an average 20 hours per installation.
