Life of field design

Field operators demand that flow measurement devices are reliable, easy to configure and use, accurate, sensitive, and versatile. It is these qualities that the MPM meter embodies.

It works - No excuses

MPM was founded in response to the demand for meters with long term stability, better reliability and higher accuracy. Today, MPM meters are getting enthusiastic reviews from operators worldwide as a solution that finally meets the performance that the industry requires.

Long term commitments
All of the meters we deliver are tested at field simulated conditions as a part of the standard Factory Acceptance Test. We offer training for field operators at our custom built ‘MPM Flow Laboratory’ that has been developed in conjunction with our JIP partners. And even though the MPM meter is designed to perform perfectly for at least 25 years, our customer support is consistent and unwavering.

One unit does it all
The MPM meter is the sole technology which is able to measure both multiphase and wetgas flows and automatically switch between the modes. With no requirement for onsite calibration, the MPM meter eliminates onsite sampling and reduces the HSE exposure for service personnel. The newly developed In-Situ verification feature includes a performance check to confirm that the meter output and health are continuously monitored, whilst remote access gives the operator full control of every operation.

Customer Value
Close reservoir monitoring, gas-lift optimization, subsea compression monitoring, exploration well testing, and high accuracy fiscal measurement have allowed our customers to realize substantial improvements in production volumes whilst reducing OPEX and CAPEX over the life of the field. It is MPM’s philosophy that our technology should be working for the benefits of our customers from conception right through to field decommissioning.

Informed Decisions
The extremely high level of water sensitivity, salt water detection, flow regime identification and even In-Situ verification of configuration parameters provide a wealth of useful information to the production team. Informed decision making saves time, cost and most importantly saves production – factors that have been integral to the technology design.
