The Reservoir Group Well Intervention Knuckle Joint has been designed to provide a Coiled Tubing Bottom Hole Assembly with additional movement and flexibility.
This additional flexibility is typically required when the BHA is ran through a restriction or the wellbore has a high angle of deviation.
The Knuckle Joint provides a 10° angle of deflection and pressure integrity is maintained across this range by internal pressure sealing. The large Through-Bore allows the safe passage of drop-balls to tool below the Knuckle Joint.
