THE TYPE 320 WELDED TURBOLIZER IS DESIGNED WITH STANDARD CENTRALIZER CHARACTERISTICS INCLUDING STARTING AND RESTORING FORCE SPECIFICATIONS.
The 320 Turbolizer is designed with set screws and turbolater fins. The fins force the fluid flow in a turbulent and outward directed spiral. The turbolizers fluid motion causes break up of cement and reduction in channeling, deflection of mud and cement towards washed out sections of the well bore, improved filter cake removal and self-cleaning action preventing blockages or plugging.
