A clean well is essential prior to running expensive and sensitive completion strings or other debris sensitive equipment. A failure while running your completion will have a high impact on well costs, therefore, removal,
collection of debris, and verification of debris removal, are extremely important in a wellbore. These operations can be optimized by the Tornar™ Circulation Sub.
The Tornar Circulation Sub removes debris from the wellbore rapidly and reliably. Its unique design utilizes Tornar™ flow ports to create a powerful cyclone to clean and optimize well fluid velocity.
The Tornar™ Circulation Sub can be integrated as a part of a complete
wellbore cleaning string used during the displacement process for optimum fluid velocity and cleaning. Improper cleaning can possibly damage or plug the productive zone, and impede the running of the completion assembly. Proper cleaning contributes to a successful completion and reduces the potential for wellbore contamination.
The Tornar™ Circulation Sub can also be integrated as a part of the Tornar™ Sub Sea BOP cleaning string for cleaning Wellhead areas prior to cleaning BOP and Riser. The Tornar™ Circulation Sub is positioned below
the Tornar™ BOP Cleaner, so you can now clean the Wellhead and BOP in one run.
The Tornar™ Circulation Sub can be equipped with an internal sleeve to run in hole with circulation ports closed and can hold up to 5000 psi differential pressure and opened by dropping a ball.
