Artificial Lift
Halliburton Artificial Lift offers electrical submersible pumps including the associated surface package for power, control and monitoring of the entire lift system and provides installation, maintenance, repair and testing services.

The entire offering is designed and operated to address individual customer production requirements and achieve a superior level of product performance and reliability. This is accomplished while adhering to the highest standards of health and safety and operating in a manner that is respectful to the environment.

Strategically located to serve the oil and gas industry, we strive to develop long-term customer relationships to maximize production, enhance operating efficiency and meet higher return on investment goals.

Electrical Submersible Pumps
Halliburton Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs) are engineered, manufactured and tested to give you long service life. Accessories are available to increase resistance to abrasion or corrosion, and extra high-torque shafts are available for all models. For the centrifugal ESPs, the number of stages determines the total amount of lift provided and motor horsepower required, so you can customize your pump to deliver the most effective performance at the least initial price and operating cost.

Halliburton offers optional instrumentation on all our electrical downhole pumps to remotely monitor and transmit well and pump performance data to the surface control box, and/or to a Web client, if desired, so equipment operation can be maintained at peak efficiency and well performance can be optimized. Instrumented pumps are proven to experience enhanced run life. Pump data are multiplexed onto the power cable so no special cabling or wiring is required. A ruggedized Modbus RTU unit connects directly to the surface control box to pick the data off the power cable at the surface and route it to a local surface read-out unit and/or directly to the web.

Surface Rod Pumps
An economical solution for all pumping wells, including low API oil production or heavy lift situations

Easily transported and quickly installed on any existing rod-pumped well, the Halliburton MaxiStroke® Surface Rod Pump (SRP) pays benefits with every stroke. The SRPs real-time adjustable, ultra-long, variable-speed stroke self- adjusts to dynamic fluid levels in the well to optimize well performance. The integrated pump-off controller software automatically senses downhole conditions and changing load levels, and then adjusts unit speed to maintain optimum fluid levels.

Lower Operating Costs
Operating costs are reduced from day one starting with installation. Perfect for wellsites in built-up or environmentally sensitive areas, the SRPs small footprint requires no large cement pad, and most SRP units can be transported to your site on a standard flatbed truck. For remote sites, the SRP system is air-transportable.

Benefits
•Reduced interventions
•Less rod and tubing wear
•Adapts to all wellheads and downhole systems
•Self-adjusts to dynamic fluid levels for optimized well performance
•Greater load range than conventional pumpjacks
•Easy and economical to transport, install and maintain

Progressive Cavity Pumps
PCPs enable pressure-deficient, heavy oil, sandy wells to optimize production by a high efficient positive displacement pump consisting of only two pieces: Rotor and Stator.

PCPs can cover a wide range of fluid volumes and are less limited to viscosity, free gas, water cut or solids than most other methods. They are able to pump in a range of 5 - 3,500 BPD depending on casing size, setting depths, temperature, and pressure limitations. Halliburton PCPs can handle volumetric efficiency in the range of 75% - 95%. Viscosities over 30,000 cp, sand content up to 40% and water cut up to 100%.
